Best vitamins for hair

Was always sceptical about vitamins and if there worked but one day came across biotin and thought I give them a try and so glad I did as so much difference in the length of my hair and only been taking them just over a month. Family and friends keep commenting about how long hairs getting. Definitely recommend

I have been taking these and collagen gummies and a few other things but these two are the only ones aimed at my skin and they have done amazing the past two weeks!
