These little tablets are amazing! I’ve always had masses of thick horse like hair recently I started a new diet which caused my hair to fall out in clumps all day! I bought this not expecting much to happen, these have saved my hair it’s back to its thick self I’m so pleased with this product I took it along side the coconut and collagen capsules and I’ve notice a major improvement on my skin also! I would 100% recommended these to anyone!

As per title, this really works. And I've yet to find it cheaper anywhere else (god bless my student discount)! My nails have stopped breaking and are now ridiculously durable. My hair is pretty long so I haven't noticed the overall length changing much, but whats has changed is the amount of it! So many baby hairs sprouting and improving my hairline (and I wasn't balding/didn't have any complaints before). I started noticing effects before I finished the first bottle (am now on my third). Can't recommend this enough!
