Wow… I wasn’t expecting to see results with these vitamins as soon as I did. I came off the pill about a year ago and I’ve been struggling to regulate my periods ever since. Before taking these I hadn’t had a period in 4 months, and less than two weeks after taking these I’ve got my period. So impressed and hoping long term this continues to regulate my cycle.

I’ve been taking these supplements for around a year & found that they have helped to keep me calm and collected. Being perimenopausal, I can become irritable & generally aggy (which isn’t me). I believe that these have massively helped me maintain a placid level. It may well be a placebo effect, however, I have noticed when I haven’t taken them for a couple of days my anxiety, uncertain moods & temper return. For me, they work.

I'm not overreacting when I say these tablets have totally changed my life. I suffer from endometriosis and have all sorts of pains throughout my cycle and these had completely gone once I started taking these after about 3 weeks. I really suffer from tiredness and these changed everything where that was concerned. Helped my mental stability aswell. Its such a shame they are always out of stock because now I feel rough without them. Please get some in stick My Vitamins, quick!

I've been using these since I've been perimenopausal and, as others have said, they're an absolute godsend! They really help with hormonal spots and my mood and they've even helped to regulate my periods. The one negative is they seem to be out of stock for months at a time. I last ordered some in November, which got used up in December, so I've been without them for all of January and into February.....and boy do I feel it! Please Myvitamins ensure you have a constant supply of these! They really make a difference to so many women's lives and to suddenly be without them is just awful.

I love these hormone balancers, I have the worst anxiety before my period and these helped so much. As well as reducing spots I’d normally get around that time of month and balancing out my moods too — but they’ve been out of stock for so long now, please please bring them back!!!

Absolutely LOVE this product and has helped me stay off antidepressants HOWEVER its like unicorn poo, never is in stock whenever i check which is so sad because something that works I can’t get hold of.
