5I have been taking these for about a month and my hair has grown so much and feels so much stronger also I have seen an improvement in my nails as they have grown a lot and feel stronger would definitely recommend!

Great for nails but not skin 😒
3My skin was relatively clear before I started taking these, I purchased this more so for my nails, my nails did see an improvent in strength but it made my breakout with large spots on my face, was unsure it was the capsules at first because I do occasionally suffer with the odd spot but hadn't done for a while but the longer I stuck with them they didn't seem to subside until I decided to stop taking them! Gutted as I've had vitamins from here lots before and never been disappointed until now!

Amazing result but stomach ill
4I bleached my hair for three times, which result to my hair easy to break and look frizz. I have tried this tablets for a week. I could see my hair grow faster and stronger clearly. The only thing is, the tablets made my stomach nausea. So I only take one table after a meal for each day. I would like to try the chew gummy after I finish this bottle.

Only two weeks worth?
2So I bought these without realising you have to take two a day. Which means there is only two weeks worth in a pot. My own mistake but really not worth the money for two weeks worth of tablets. Think I will just stick to biotin ones!

5Please bring them back! They made my nails grow and strengthen them. My hair grew so fast!!! It stopped my hair falling out too.

Brilliant!
5please please please restock soon customer service said 2-3weeks will be back in stocks that was 5 weeks ago! Run out of these having to use just biotin and it isnt as effective. These capsules really helped improve hair & skin but wow the difference it made to my nails was amazing! I've always been a nail bitter and false nails user on occasion and I now have lovely natural long & strong nails... but I need this back in my routine ASAP!!
