Great so far
4I finished a bottle of hair, skin, nail gummies first of all and noticed no difference so thought I'd try these. I have 4 capsules left from my first bottle and i see a bug difference. I have lots of new baby hairs around my hair line...all sticking up 🙈 I am so pleased and will be purchasing another bottle!

Excellent product
5Bought to improve my peri menopausal hair/nails that had gone very dry and brittle - these really helped, my hair is lovely and shiny now! My skin is glowing too! Joint pain in my fingers stopped also. (I didn’t realise how much they were helping until I ran out and stopped taking them for a few weeks I could really tell)

The smell and aftertaste make me gag
1I use a lot of vitamins and supplements for this company but these are the worst. I’ve already thrown away one bottle and tried to take two yesterday from the other(bought as part of a deal) but simply threw up. Absolutely vile.

5I´m sorry that I always have a problem with delivery, because I adore these vitamins and I would order them more often, if I was sure that I would get them every time...they do the job :)

Must have’s
5A must have for me !! I have bee taking these for a good while now and my nails in particular look fantastic. My nails were so fragile and flakey before but now they are strong and beautiful. I also think my hair is in a much better condition.

Great product
5I have been thinking about trying something for my hair and nails as I’ve got a bit older and then I found myvitamins which is simple to understand what you are getting so I took the plunge and ordered some. Love the packaging it’s simple but effective. I take 2 tablets a day so will continue to take them and see if I can notice any differences.
