5This vitamin is a must take and the benefit of the large amount of capsules for this price , it's a sure bargain.

1The capsule you have to swollow is huge so if you struggle like me with tablets then don't buy however only managed to take one so cannot comment on their effects and how good they are only the size. But most Omega 3 is big capsules so it's unavoidable if you want to take them.

5Bought 1000 pieces of softgel 6 months ago, and It was really good because I didn't taste any fish flavour. The capsules do not stick together unlike other makes I have tried.

5I love these. I have had no issues but if you have problems with swallowing bigger tablets these may cause issue for you. Requires plenty of water/liquid when taking
