Had to re think taking all these vitamins now as they all consume refined oils, which is something you definitely DON'T want to consume. Very disappointed and I'm glad I noticed. vitamins are meant to be healthy, but just bare in mind that these refined oils are dangerous so your not exactly healthy taking these vitamins.

These are coated in a subtle sweet flavour that makes swallowing them a lot easier. They are quite sturdy and resilient meaning that they will not burst easily. I've been taking one during three different times of the day and I have not had any upset stomach. I can take them with or without food. You may get a fish burp at some point but other than that, I have had no qualms.
