I bought a jar of creatine monohydrate from this company. The 3 a day pills were quite effective as I went from a really low baseline ie skinny to a decent amount of new muscle in my upper body which I never had before when doing weight lifting alone. The tablets were combined with a 2 day a week weight lifting regimen. My only complaint is that the pills are really large so you have to swallow a lot of water to get them down your throat. I recommend these pills to jumpstart your muscle growth and then to maintain your new muscle mass you only need to do once a week weight lifting without any supplements.

Super Convenient

This is an extremely convenient form of creatine to use. I don't need no water or shaker bottle with me now - I just pop 3 of these "powerhouses" and I'm good to go. Also, I was expecting them to be difficult to swallow because of their size - but the coating of the tablets makes them very easy to swallow.
