Good vitamins, should cover about all your needs (consider buying Vitamin D as well because 5 µg is a little bit under what you may need). I really felt a difference taking that pills. BUT... I had to stop because they contain a nicotin derivative that caused me itching and weird skin feeling... Also taste is really difficult to swallow...
