4Does exactly what is says was asleep within half an hour it was restful without waking up during the night was a little drowsy the following day maybe those effects wear off with longer use but cannot complain for the price as always great products my vitamins

Great product
5I’ve found these really helpful, having started a new routine where I now need to wake at 6.15 to get my workout in. I take these when I get into bed and fall asleep within about half an hour (I’m a terrible pre sleep tv watcher but even doing that, these give a nice cosy, ready to rest feeling, not necessarily a drowsy one). I find it super easy to wake early and feel well rested and ready to workout and start my day. I’m prone to low mood and I think these, combined with being in a good routine which these definitely help achieve, are really helping with that. Will definitely be a regular purchase for me. And as always great service from the hut group!

Was abit unsure
5I have to admit I was abit sceptical about getting these, but I am very much impressed! I have struggled with sleeping for years and well these have helped no end I have a deep restful nights sleep

Second time buyer
5Bought twice now, looked online at the dosage though, so personally I take 3 tabs. They really really work, I have had really bad anxiety during 2020 and my boyfriend suffers from PTSD so we both use this!

Amazing
5I’ve suffered from chronic insomnia due to fibromyalgia for years. I used various prescription meds for sleep that always left me feeling groggy. I also used sertraline for anxiety which had undesirable side effects. Then I came across this and decided to give it a go. I very rarely feel anxious now and I’m asleep within half an hour of getting into bed. I listen to a sleep podcast at nights for maximum effect. I’m a very cynical person but even I can praise this.

Definitely helped
4Since the whole COVID-19 drama unfolded I've been having massive problems sleeping I've been feeling very tearful and down as a result, so I thought I'd give these a try as I am not very comfortable with sleeping pills, and thought that they would help address other issues. Although it still seems to take me a while to drift off, I am actually getting some sleep now and my overall mood has definitely been boosted. I have been taking them for 10 days so far, so I am hoping that long term they will have a good impact.

Full nights sleep at last
5After working shifts for some years my sleep was terriable I had no problem getting off but I usually awoke at least once and could remain awake for 2 hours . I had tried several remedies but nothing seemed to be successful I take 1 of these with a daily dose of Inulin and I sleep straight through with at least 7 hours sleep . Who knew digestion could be the culprit ?

Genuinely amazing
5Best product I've had from here, or in fact, anywhere. I take one of these bad boys once a night, about an hour before bed and let me tell you, my sleep is nothing short of sensational. Do I have the odd wake up? Yep. Do I care? Hell no. Because when that morning alarm goes off, after maybe 1 or 2 minutes or praying I'm still dreaming and laying in bed, I get up and feel oh so refreshed. My mood is great and I think sometimes I even dance in the shower. (lucky this isn't a review with pictures, ey?) Seriously though, 10/10 would recommend. Well, that's if you want to sleep better and feel better?

Does the Job!
5I truly find taking one of these on a night has been helping me to sleep better and wake up a lot more vibrantly in the morning. As they are to be taken on an empty stomach it is also promoting me to avoid those terrible late night snacks, though I'm not sure how much this would impact it anyway. The tablets are easy to swallow and as far as I can tell odour free. I've only been using them for about a week but they do seem to be doing their job, and hopefully this continues.
