I purchased these a month ago when I was has a horrible breakout. I took one each day along with vitamin c in my diet as recommended. They have helped my skin heal!!! I saw results with in the first two weeks. My skin is less oily, acne cleared and comes much less often, brighter smoother skin! They have been worth it!

I suffer from a syndrome called Loeys Dietz and it is a condition that affects the connncetive tissue in my body. I found out that it my body doesn't produce collagen in the same amounts as it should, so I thought I would have a look and see if there was a suppliment out there that could top up my collagen levels and here it is. I've been taking them over 6 months now, sometimes I forget the odd day but I noticed a difference probably after about 2 to 3 weeks. My nails and hair grew faster and were stronger than ever and I'm hoping it's helping me on the inside too as the condition I have affects my arteries and I'm prone to aneurysms. I am definitely going to carry on taking these as I think it has made a real difference for me. The website have been really fast and reliable too! Highly RECOMMEND!!

I looked into vitamins that might help me as I was struggling with a 6 month breakout that was escalating out of hand, I have never had bad skin before and I just could not get on top of this break out!
