I work in a pharmacy and I tried tons of vitamins. These are definitely one of the most effective I have ever tried so far. I am 44 and I couldn’t come to terms with my skin showing aging signs. I started taking these vitamins along with biotin and retinol. My hair has improved, my skin looks more radiant and plumped. I have used the coconut and collagen capsules in conjunction with the hyaluronic acid tablets and really noticed an improvement in my skin hydration, a reduction in dryness and my wrinkles looked less obvious. These tablets definitely have an effect in my hair. Hair is less brittle and generally much softer and smooth. I have used these for quite sometime, however recently switched to a cheaper supermarket hair, skin, nail supplement and found my hair suffered from not taking these. Have now restocked and once again pleaded with how they are transforming my hair once again

I bought the coconut and collagen capsules after reading about the benefits for blemish prone skin. I have tried so many products and wasted so much money in the past trying to find a product to help my skin. I am 42 and I finally feel like I have my problem skin under control!
