5Coconut and collagen, I have been taking these for over a year they are amazing my skin is so soft and my hair grows super fast, they are great would recommend, if you want super soft skin and quick growing hair then these are for you.

Actually work
5Well I’m on my second pot and my skin has a glow. My hair was bad but it’s really helped with it. My nails grow a lot better. I’ve just ordered my 3rd lot. Even the slight forehead lines have faded to next to nothing. Honestly would recommend. I have ibs and these haven’t upset my stomach at all. If not made it better.
