Only taking 1 pill a day

I thought I’d give this a go on recommendation of my SIL. I already take a Biocult in the morning after breakfast and have done so for a long time to help digestion and my skin (acne/rosacea) and that helps I didn’t want to take more pills but I wanted something to help my skin texture even more so I’ve been taking just one a day at dinner and my nails have never been so strong. I think my hair has grown a little quicker but as it’s short and coloured hard to tell. No noticeable change in skin yet but 2 pills is the recommended dose so I may up it and see what happens.
