I bought True Woman Hair, Skin & Nails for My girlfriend but decided try them too. My nails after 2 weeks is much stronger and almost no more white dots.

True Woman Hair, Skin & Nails are fab, the packaging is very minimal to save on plastic which I like. The capsules are easy to swallow and I've noticed that my hair has been much shinier since I started using them. I also have less breakage on my nails and my skin is looking brighter as well! Vitamins or just coincidence?? I couldn't tell you either way but the price on these is great and if you want to take a supplement like this you can't really go wrong with this particular one. I've looked around at others and these are a well priced bet compared to things like Perfectil which can cost you the Earth.

I saw the True Woman Hair, Skin and Nails and compared the ingredients to the brand I usually use and they are identical. All-in-all I'm happy with my find and if myvitamins keep up the offers and I'll definitely re-purchase!

Good product

I've been taking True Woman Hair, Skin & Nails for about three months now. The real result that is noticeable for me is that my nails are much stronger, grow faster and don't tend to split anymore. My hair naturally grows fast and is full so I'm not sure if I would notice any difference. As for my skin it's slowly getting in a better condition. You can't expect to notice big changes after just 1 month. I think you have to be a bit more patient. I'll definitely keep buying these.

Hair, Skin and Nails

I bought these tablets in an effort to improve the very bad condition of my fingernails. Unfortunately, however, after taking them for a month, there was no improvement, so I have stopped taking them.

I have been taking these for a couple of weeks now. I can honestly say my skin which was a bit spotty and blotchy before has completely cleared up, and people keep commenting on how well I look! I am definitely going to continue with them, very happy, thank you!
