Good value no frills L-Carnitine. No more needs to be said really, rather than paying for a big brand name and some fancy packaging save your money and get the same mg of L-Carnitine for a fraction of the cost.

I added Total L Carnitine to my weight loss regime after trying some alternatives that didnt agree with me. I find L Carnitine gives the perfect boost in energy and helped me lose a few pounds alongside my Zumba class. I have reached my target weight now but I did also find that I felt quite nice whilst taking this so all-in-all, I was very impressed.
