I have been taking Ginseng supplements for about a month, in order to boost my energy levels, as I found that simply taking a B-vitamin complex wasn't really having the required result! And I have found it very helpful. I take a fair few supplements, basically to ensure that my metabolism picks up, that I don't get ill, and my energy levels stay good. I think that Ginseng is certainly the way forward. I feel like I have more energy, and also everyone at work has been ill with colds and sickness bugs and (touch wood) I haven't had a sniffle.
