Ordered Total CLA as a first purchase from myvitamins. Great delivery, great product, great price. Feel like I've lost a few inches from my waist and cellulite seems to have reduced. Given half the packet to my Mum as she's currently trying to shift weight and ordered myself some more.

I purchased this recently as a supplement to go along with my current exercise and eating routine. I've been taking around 4 a day, one with breakfast, one with lunch and two with my evening meal (as this is my largest meal of the day). Whilst it is a little too early to tell the effects, my skin seems clearer, and whilst my weight has not increased at all. I have lost around 1/2 lb, and I have also lost two inches around my waist and an inch from my hips. I have not altered my diet or routine since taking these so I assume that they're helping in burning off excess fat around my middle which has always been quite difficult to shift.

Total CLA is a quality product. I compared it side-by-side to another CLA supplement and it looked identical. I was initially sceptical because of the price difference. It's easy to swallow, so it's good-sized.

I love Total CLA... it's amazing how after just a week or so along with exercise you can see dramatic changes in your muscle definition.
