I have been taking the Total Acai Berry tablets for not far off a year now and the biggest benefit I have seen/felt is that I have been less run down and not as ill. I swear it has helped me fight off all those winter nasties, and now I'm combining with the ginseng I feel great!

I really saw an improvement in my skin but unfortunately for me I had trouble sleeping when taking these Total Acai Berry even though I was taking them with my breakfast.

I normally buy Acai Berry from another supplier but saw the Total Acai Berry on offer from MyVitamins at a price about the same as I pay but a higher dosage so thought I would give them a try. As yet I have not started taking any of my recent purchase as still have some left from my previous supplier. I take them as a part of my healthy diet and they appear to work as expected so may reduce my intake with the higher dosage from MyVitamins which will mean that I save money so very happy with my purchase.

I take these to aid weight control which they seem to work very well. I cannot see any reason why I would not buy again from MyVitamins.
