Arrived very quickly and a great value supplement. The essential zinc tablets are easy to take and the packaging is easy to tuck away in coat pockets etc. for when you're on the go, as pill bottles can be difficult to carry around.

I've only been taking these for a week, so may be a little soon to say how effective. My cough/cold symptons have improved since taking them, and I have more energy. (I also bought vitamin c and true woman sport multi-vitamins). I've been able to start training again, and I'm building back up to previous fitness levels.
