    These Essential Vitamin C capsules give you a great high dose of vitamin C. They're excellent for keeping your immune system fighting fit and they are cheap.

    I bought these (along with zinc and true woman sport multi vitamin) to try to recover from a lingering cough/cold and low energy. I've only been taking them for a week, so maybe a little early to tell - but my symptons have improved, and I have more energy again. I'm well on the road to recovery, so I think the vitamins have helped.
