Ive been taking this for several months and have certainly noticed the difference. Although Im not generally a person who gets seriously ill easily, I do often seem to pick up colds and sometimes find them hard to shake off. Runny noses and sore eyes are now a thing of the past. I have two children but this year Ive managed to get through the dreaded back to school period without so much as a sniffle. Perfect!

Been taking these Complete Immune for a couple of weeks now, and not only does my skin look tons better, but I have even managed to fight off a cold that all my friends had come down with. Will continue with them over winter, fingers crossed!
