I tried these a couple of months ago because I cannot take tablet supplements because they upset my tummy. Lovely tasting gummies and have definitely made a difference to my hair skin and nails.

I love these gummies, I am on my 3rd pack and have definitely noticed a difference to my skin- it is clearer, my nails grow faster and are stronger and my hair is growing quickly and looks more shiny. These gummies have done wonders for my hair and nails. I've noticed less hair is falling out when I'm washing my hair and my nails don't seem to chip as often which is really great 😊 I haven't noticed much change in my skin, as I'm still having my normal amount of breakouts and dry skin. Was a little sceptical of it working when I started taking these gummies. I’ve just finished my first bottle and have noticed a amazing difference. My nails are normally really weak, hardly grow and when they do they they break so easily and bend. Since using this product they have grown so much, are stronger than they’ve ever been. On top of this my skin has improved and my hair is healthier. Definitely would recommend this product. Happy with the results :)

I can honestly say I am so happy with these vitamins.. I am 30 tears old with 3 children.. since having my youngest (now nearly 4) I have really suffered with hair thinning and loss due to a heavy menstrual cycle...and different contraceptions causing lack of iron. I have used vitamins before which helped my hair grow but now make it thicker.. I decided to give these a go... I have now finished the bottle and taken them consistently every day and have had donr lovely comments on the condition and shine to my hair.. I have also noticed significant growth. I haven't say I have noticed my hair has got thicker and I do still notice some loss in the shower but I'm so happy with how shiny and healthy my hair now is. Been taking these lovely wine-gum textured gummies for 20days now and my nails are rock solid! I work with my hands and use chemicals at work. (Mans work for a man’s money😝) usually I suffer with flimsy nails and skin that keeps peeling. But since taking these they’re looking so good! I normally have a split in my right thumb but it’s gone. Gobsmacked. Reordering two bottles now as I want to see if it’ll help my monthly break outs.
