Since using these my nails have been so strong and are growing really fast. I've also had less break outs on my skin. I've also noticed lots of new hair growing so think my hair might actually be thickening up.

Have been taking these for months now and absolutely love them! They taste amazing which is a bonus but look forward to taking them every night before bed without fail. My skin looks better, my hair is growing so much faster but most of all I’ve noticed it with my nails. I’ve always had weak, painful nails and always had to have them painted as when they were bare, they hurt so much! Now I can leave them bare without any pain. The best way to see how these tablets have helped, it I lost half my small nail in a loft ladder accident and it has grown back soooo quick, like the nail has never had any traumas whatsoever. Very Impressed with them and have recommended them to everyone!!
