need to try for longer
3I’ve been taking for 2 weeks now but haven't noticed any difference yet so I would say I’m definitely going to try for at least a month or two before i decide on how effective these vitamins are. I’m experiencing chronic hair loss post surgery so hoping these tablets help with that like other reviews have said.

5I have been taking these for about 22 months now/since just after my son was born. Being my 4th I wanted to bypass the usual brittle hair & hair loss I always get after having a baby. Not this time. My hair has been in tip top condition, my nails.... Well I never have any, only during pregnancy, I have decent nails for the first time ever. My skin I think is better too, I don't get the ichy scalp when the cold & wet weather arrives.... So I can only assume this is these tablets helping that also. I noticed on month 2 of taking these, so as with an vitamin tablet.... A couple months required to get into your system

5After going through an early menopause due to cancer treatment my hair started to fall. My doctor run some blood tests and discovered a low thyroid. He promised that with the correct treatment the hair will go back to normal, but months later and the problem persisted. I tried different products, vitamin c, evening primrose, nothing worked and what's worse, they all had some side effects. Finally I came across collagen and decided to give it a go. Within a week I noticed my hair falling a lot less than it had for a very long time. I have been taking it now for 2 weeks and the improvement is amazing! Give it a go!

Brilliant! I love these!
5I've been taking the coconut & collagen for quite a few months now, after a month of taking them, I found my skin was much clearer and firmer. My skin was always having acne breakouts but now I hardly have any at all. My hair looks shinier and my nails are stronger, I won't stop taking these now!
