i love
4i’ve been taking this for 3 months along side the biotin tablets and i’ve seen a great difference in my hair skin and nails but i’m only giving 4 stars as the size of the tub is not need as the tub comes about half full and it’s so waste full😖

My Nails....
4Since taking these my nails have grown and grown! I’ve noticed that I was having to file them more often! My hair is long and thick however this could be due to COVID and no cuts - so not fully fair to comment on this yet! My skin is clear and I have noticed a glow but I’ve also changed my face cream! I have brought another set - so will continue to monitor!

So far, so good!
4Delivery was super quick! The packaging is cute. I haven't noticed any difference to my skin as yet but I don't think I have been taking these for long enough to make any real difference.

Great product - gets results!
5This is my third purchase of these thanks to the amazing results! I missed a few months between my last order simply due to lockdown etc, and I definitely noticed a difference in my skin. I have a few lines and wrinkles and these definitely help to reduce the appearance. My skin also looked dull and lifeless. I've been back on these for about two weeks again now, and I'm slowly seeing my skin come back to life!

Fantastic
5Have been taking now for a few weeks. Have noticed a change within this time. Skin is brighter, softer & definitely appears plumper. My hair grows crazy fast, but is now looking healthier. My partner has also mentioned that I look brighter & less tired!!
