I was taking the coconut capsules for 4 months a few years ago. I never really noticed any changes in my hair or skin apart from trying to get my earrings in one day and the holes had closed. Since taking these it hadn’t been a miracle but it has improved my skin texture, hair is more glossy, nails are stronger and my skin looks more plump if that makes sense.
