I brought these to try and help my hair. Years of damage has taken a toll and left me with very weak and brittle hair. My nails constantly snap and my skin is looking dull and lifeless. Since taking these it hadn’t been a miracle but it has improved my skin texture, hair is more glossy, nails are stronger and my skin looks more plump if that makes sense. I haven’t been on for that long so I’m really looking forward to more positive results.
