These gummies taste good. They don't stick to the jar and I've been taking them for 3-4 weeks now. I' purchased specifically to try and grow my nails, and to be honest m yet to see any improvement. My hair and skin haven't changed noticeably either. I will finish the 2 months supply I bought, but probably won't reorder.
