Tasty gummies that are easy to take. Its going to be 6 months or so before I notice I'd a difference is made to my thin weak hair which is why I started these. So far so good though and I'm hopeful these will really help.

I’ve been trying different vitamins for my hair for the last two years since having my daughter - I can safely say these are the first where I’ve actually noticed a difference. After 6-7 weeks of taking these I can see new hair growing around my hairline and overall it just feels silkier and thicker? I never usually take supplements as I never really know which ones to get. I really like these as they are easy to take, literally like having a sweet in the morning. I wanted my hair to grow longer and be stronger. I haven't been taking them for a full month yet, however, I am really excited to see the difference. I've been taking these Hair, Skin & Nails vitamins for a few months now and I have noticed that my nails are stronger and I'm losing less hair in the shower than I was before using these.
