4Been taking them for circa three weeks so far. I have not seen any differences as yet, but it does take a couple of months, doesn't it?

5I have been taking these for around 10 months and started them after pregnancy. I have to say to begin with I thought there were no visible changes other than my nails were in much better condition. However thinking back, my scar after sugery healed much quicker and less noticeable. I stopped taking them when I went away for a month abroad and this is were I noticed effects even more because skin, nails and hair were not so on point anymore. It was subtle change. Once I came back I started to take them again and been taking them for 5 months without a break. Definetly confirmed results. My hair is in much better condition even after bleaching it, fine lines reduced, I get compliments on skin appearance, no breakouts. Definetly would recommend. Around 3 weeks ago I added on biotin and retinol to switch things up a bit and would say effects are enhanced. Skin is glowing and overall feeling is great, got to say that every day is no make up day for me now, everything I was lacking now is being rebuilt from within with vitamins rather than covering up or spending tons of money on expensive skincare. Worth a shot guys. Definetly worked for me.

5Since taking these capsules I have noticed the changes in my skin and hair. My hair is thicker and my skin is smoother and I also get less hormonal spots. Would definitely recommend them.
