I’m on my second batch of these tables and the difference in my hair is unbelievable it is getting a lot thick and my skin there is more a glow to it and a lot softer and for the lines and wrinkles on my face are getting smother. my nails are a lot stronger too. I have really recommend this product to my friends and family as all of them have notice the difference with my skin and the thickness of my hair.

Been taking these for three months now and they have definitely made a difference. First thing i noticed was my eyelashes had gotten longer within the first month. Then my nails were growing faster and stronger and now due to colouring my hair i have noticed it needs doing again much sooner than it normally would. My skin has improved but i still have wrinkles so it doesnt work miracles. But i will definitely continue to take due to being really happy with the results. And i never stick with anything!

I started taking these a couple weeks ago, I'm sure I'm starting to notice it's positive effects starting to show.
