I’m actually soo impressed by these!! Only just started taking them, and already i feel less bloated and sluggish and don’t feel the need to stuff my face with sugar and snacks ect ! Okay so prior to having to these I was eating a lot of sugar due to stress. I didn't have high expectations but when I tell you my cravings went instantly wich is just crazy that's the only thing I've noticed it's been a week they also taste amazing!
