When should I consume Matcha?
First thing in the morning as an alternative to coffee, or as an afternoon pick me up.
To make, simply blend with 250ml of warm milk to make a green tea latte, or for tea, add 200ml of boiled water. It also makes a great addition to smoothies or baking.
Add 5g of our Ceremonial Matcha Powder into a cup, then add 200ml of warmed milk and whisk to create a frothy latte. For matcha tea, just add 250ml of boiling water directly to the powder in a cup and stir. Alternately, simply add to protein shakes, food, or use it when baking. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. This product is intended to be used alongside an active lifestyle and a balanced diet. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
