These are absolutely incredible, within the first 3 days of taking them I could really notice them working. I take them an hour before bed and within 20 minutes I’m yawning and ready to sleep, they knock me right out. I’d usually wake up a lot during the night but I sleep all the way through now until my alarm, and I don’t feel groggy in the morning. Pair them with collagen powder in the morning (it’s stronger than the capsules but I take both, another incredible product I’ll never stop using now), and I roll straight out of bed. I’ve just stocked up another 2 pots whilst they’re in a sale as I will not go without them now. Haven’t even been using them a month and I’m obsessed.
