So I started these vitamins a few days ago to improve hair growth and skin, i don’t know whether it’s just bad timing but I’ve noticed really short hairs on the top of my head at the back. This has never been here before and I barely ever straighten my hair, I have also had a lot of spots appear on my face ever since taking these. I will pursue for a few more weeks but so far, not so good

I’ve been struggling with postpartum hair loss and I now have lots of patches in my hair line. My hair dressers recommended I took some hair and nails vitamins to help and I saw this being used by someone I follow on Instagram so thought I would give them a try. It’s only been a couple of weeks and my hair is growing back not sure if it’s these that are helping but I will continue to take as I have thin hair that breaks a lot so hoping will help with that also.
