I’ve been taking collagen capsules for nearly a month and I would say after the first couple of days I noticed my skin was glowing and smoother. I have received many compliments. I’ve been taking these and hyralonic acid a good while now. I was prescribed some tablets from my GP which had bad side effects and as a result stopped all vitamins until I knew what it was. I never really think vits work and wonder why I bother but after not taking these for a while I certainly noticed a difference and it wasn’t for the better! Back on them both now and my skin is back to its former glory. I swear by these and would recommend anyone give them a try!!
