Too much
2I used this for many months and my energy levels went up so much, I don't eat a bad diet but I definitely don't get all of my vitamins from it so this gave me the boost I wanted. However, since doing more research into supplements and vitamins, I have realised that this has waaaaay toooo much stuff in it! Seriously, who needs 4545% of thiamin, 53571% of pantothenic acid and 3571% of riboflavin and vitamin D3 (based of average adult intake)? The only normal dosage of vitamins in this bundle is the Magnesium, Iron and Biotin. A normal body, even with a really bad diet does not need this much vitamins! 100% is more than enough of any vitamin. This is why I have moved onto the A-Z multivitamin which you can also get here, it gives you a wider range of vitamins and makes me feel exactly the same way (or better) than this. (plus, no more neon yellow pee, which is a sign of too much vitamins!!!) Please stop wasting money on something your body will reject and pee out.

5I have the Wakey Wakey, 5-HTP and other ones. This particular one has made a difference to me. I can feel the change and I know it is doing good!

Great pick
5Yeah many of you might be shocked by the bright yellow colour of the urine, however, that is totally normal when taking 50 mg riboflavin which is vitamin b2 and from Latin flavo means yellow.

Didn't work and made me anxious
2I tried these as part of the hocus focus and wakey wakey 2 in 1 package. The hocus focus ones were great! However, these vitamins didn't make me feel awake and just made me feel more anxious.

1I keep taking these but it never seems to work as I’m always tired constantly. It make me sleepy unfortunately

Tummy problems
2Never have tummy issues but literally 6 hours after taking this am (nothing bag else changed normal breakfast etc) I have horrible tummy pain and diarrhoea and can’t stop weeing. I will take Avon tomorrow but if same issue will be stopping.

Wakey wakey
5I’m currently on the second bottle. Of Wakey Wakey ;) I love it! Especially during lockdown I need a bit of a push to get out of bed and do something. Now this pill does it. Legally. Not sure how but you become more alert, and chores become easier too. No side effects. My only advice is if you forget to take it in the morning, don’t take it after 11 because you won’t sleep. Unless you don’t want to sleep ;)

5definitely notice a difference in energy levels, don't get the afternoon slump anymore. If I forget to take the vitamin my energy levels dip a lot sooner and I am more tired. I recommend.
