Defiantly not for me
Read the reviews and was feeling quite optimistic. Tried for first 3 nights and had an awful time getting to sleep then crazy vivid nightmares. Stopped for following 3 days and sleep returned to normal. Then tried again as I thought it may of just been me having a few nights bad sleep. Once I started taking again had the same thing happen. Might work for you but I wouldn't recommend.

Sleeping Beauty
Like others I was really sceptical about these but I thought I would try as I've just hit the menopause and having difficulties getting a restful night's sleep. They really do work!! and the result has been amazing and if I forget to take one then that's it, waking up every hour and genuinely back to the way it was, broken sleep all night. I'm not sure about any benefits to my hair skin and nails yet but as a sleep aid they are marvellous have just ordered two more months supply.

Was sceptical but they're working!
I received these in my LF Beauty Box and have just visited to stock up. I hadn't really realised they were working until forgetting to take them. I often woke up during the night but these are helping me to sleep through. I've found them particularly useful around my period when sleep was usually most disturbed. I'm not sure of any specific beauty benefits on my hair, skin, or nails yet but perhaps its a bit too early to tell. I see a lot of reviews about vivid dreams, however, I had already been experiencing vivid dreams throughout lockdown so I can't put that down to this product personally.

Helps with sleep
I've been using this product for 2 weeks now and have noticed an improvement in my sleep quality. I definitely dream more (before taking these I would rarely dream or recall them anyway) and I've not experienced any nightmares. Overall I feel way better since taking them and would recommend.

No sleep
Look fantastic popped these in my subscription box, and I was so excited to try them. Had a bath, slipped on some new pj's, all set for my long awaited "beauty sleep".. Oh dear god. I was so restless! I was insanely twitchy and when I did manage to fall asleep, I was plagued by weird dreams and disturbing nightmares. Never again. I won't even gift these.. Sorry.

Genuinely surprised that this works!
I’ve done a lot of reading on the benefits for 5HTP to people who suffer from depression and anxiety and they ever present sleepless nights. I was skeptic all but on having received A tub of these in my beauty box subscription I thought I’ll give them a try. I am genuinely blown away about how much better my sleep has been since I’ve been on these tablets. Appreciate that some people are reporting the side-effects of really vivid dreams, but I haven’t had that problem at all. I think it all depends on the level of serotonin in your brain - if you have a similarly low level to me I think this might help you.

do not recommend
I suffer with sleep insomnia and I'm finally off sleeping tablets. I do still suffer with my sleeping, however I thought I'd give these a go as they came in my LF box. When taking them I was getting really bad nightmares and made me so tired throughout the day.

Didn’t really work for me
Didn’t really work for me, kept me awake. Worked the first night but wasn’t sure since I was also taking the wakey wakey in the morning so don’t know weather this affected it when I now took the beauty sleep at night
