Definitely doing something!
5Been taking these consistently for a few months after experiencing hair loss due to stress and they are definitely working. I've got a lot of baby hairs coming back through in my hair line surrounding my face. Very grateful that they're not a gimmick. My nails are also noticeably stronger and I'm experiencing less breaks.

Started working
4My nails have come back and started growing again. Takes a few months to start working, but thankfully they have! My nails had become rubbish and they used to always be strong and long. They’ve come back and are great. Will keep buying!

They work!
5These taste amazing and I have noticed a difference in my hair, skin and nails. I am peri menopausal so my hair in particular was suffering but now it looks much healthier. I had my nails done at a salon for Christmas and I can see the how much they have grown already. Definitely recommend
