Great supplement
5Ive been taking it for about 2 years now. Really happy with the results. Brighter, smoother skin. My skin use to be very dry and also i had a dark brown spot on my forehead for a few years which was diagnosed as a skin pigmentation change. It was size of a walnut. Since i take this as part of my skin routine care. While my skin is more hydrated, the brown spot has gone and only a very small amount of it left which is lighter brown, and not visible at all. So iam very pleased with the results as there it seemed wasn’t any specific cure for it.

Using for three years
5This is a daily supplement that is a must for my incredibly dry skin. I suffer from eczema and am 50 years old. Coconut and collagen capsules have brought a new lease of life to my skin, especially on my face. I recommend them to all my female friends over forty.

5Love these and wouldn't be without them now. I ran out and I noticed the difference in my skin by not using them for just a week. Now have 2 months supply in front so I don't even run out. My skin not as dry and will use them always now.

Will continue to buy
5I’ve been debating whether to take these for a while now, so thought I’d give it a go. I’ve only been taking them a couple of weeks and already have noticed my nails are a lot stronger! I haven’t noticed a difference in my hair or skin yet, but as I mentioned, it’s only been a couple of weeks. I definitely plan to continue to take them.

5I am on my 2nd 3 month supply and have just started taking the hyaluronic acid along with them. My skin and nails have seen a good improvement. My nails where paper thin after having gel nails but are getting much stronger. My friend asked last week if I'd had work done as my skin looked so soft. Have recommended to friends.

4I've only used this for a week so far, but i also take other supplements, and have done since I turned 45 , 5 years ago. I get alit of complimentary to how young my skin looks, how well my hair grows fast. I always believe to look after ur body from the inside, n it shows results on the outside

5Been taking this combination of tablets for a few months now all I can say is I'm nearly 50 and was asked if me and my 28 year old daughter were sisters the other week - need I say more !!!
