Fantastic
5I’ve been taking these for almost a year now and they have been fantastic. My nails always used to break - now they never break and are so strong. Before taking these, I started suffering with hair loss (I have long hair so I was really noticing it). I saw my hairdresser last week and she said that my roots and new hair growth was noticeably thicker and to continue whatever I’m doing. I found that the effects on my nails were the first thing I noticed and that my hair came much later, but I personally found that the real benefit of these came after consistently taking these over a longer period of time. I’m also impressed because I used to take biotin, and when I took that, my nails initially became really strong, then after a month, that stopped. However with these tablets, the results, for me, took longer to show, but gave gradually increased over time.

4I have only stated using these vitamins and so far I don't think I can see any results, maybe I will have to do another review in a few months time. I only brought them on other reviews I have read, therefore I am hoping to see some results

Fabulous
5I love these capsules! Been taking them for about a year now and have noticed a huge difference in my hair and skin. I suffer form Rosacea and this helps keep breakouts to a minimum. My hair is also very shiny and less breakage. Would recommend for hair and skin

5I used to buy my collagen from a well known high street chain H and B but thought I’d give these ago and was pleasantly surprised that these were at a fraction of the cost and seem to have a better effect

Approaching 50
5I started to feel old my, hair dry frizzy, nails cracked and wouldn't grow, skin wrinkled and dull. So I had nothing to lose, I saw these advertised on Facebook and took the chance. I am so glad I did, after 6 weeks I have nails, my hair has become thick and the frizz is going. Wrinkles appear less and I was asked if I've been on holiday as I looked glowing. My daughter aged 18 suffers with acne on her face and back and she has also been using these, 6 weeks the back has cleared up, the big red spots on her face are looking much better. Her hair is thicker and looks glossy. She is feeling so much more confident

5Been taking these for only 1 month now and boy they r brilliant I see a difference in my hair and skin and my nails have grown I've never had nails since in my teens I'm 49 now so glad I bought 4 months supply will be ordering more soon to.

5I've finished my first month supply and my nails have benefited more than anything, I've struggled to grow them as they used to split, now they are incredibly long and strong so I'm delighted as I'm sure they will continue to get better. Can very highly recommend these supplements,
