Hair is thicker!
5I have seen a difference to my hair since taking these tablets, i did wear hair extensions for years so my hair was thinning once I took them out, and I have seen a improvement now i have been taking these for 3 months, my baby hairs at the front especially are noticeably thicker. Will buy again!

4i’ve seen a great difference in my hair and nails from taking it for 3 months and i feel my hairs grown so fast but i just hate the amount of waste packaging like the actual tablets take up about 1/6 of the bottle 😖

Seems to work well!
5I've been using these for a month and have definitely noticed an improvement in my hair and nails. Hair feels thicker and shinier and my nails feel stronger. My skin is doing good, however I have still had a usual hormonal breakout. I'm hoping these will help my skin get over this quickly.

Packaging needs to be better
4Great product. I noticed my nails got stronger after 2 weeks of use. Only con is the excessive packaging they use for only 30 tables.

5I’ve tried many thing, with my hair-loss (alopecia) I’m 31 and had this issue since I had my first child 9 years ago. Been taking Biotin for around 3 months and I could cry at the results. The patch I have on my head, is starting to grow again. Very thin whispy bits, but its growing!!! :,) Thank you My Vitamins, you have a very loyal customer here.

PCOS Hair Loss
5I was diagnosed with PCOS about 4 years ago, for me thinning hair and hair loss was a massive problem for me effecting my self esteem. I have tried so many different brands of vitamins, shampoo and conditioners, hair treatments etc and nothing has worked as well as these vitamins. I have been using them for just over two months and the hair growth is unreal, my hair is growing back and my family members have commented on how much thicker and fuller my hair looks. I wouldn’t take anything else now.
