Why didn't I take these before?!

Having always had problems with skin and my hair being brittle and weak I'm not sure why I've never thought about taking Biotin. After reading the reviews I thought it was time I did! These certainly don't disappoint. My skin has been a lot more healthy looking and my hair seems to be stronger and not falling out as much! So, happy with the results.

I am not sure if biotin alone does the trick, but together with Coconut & Collagen Capsules it works!! My hair used to be black, and now it's bleached and damaged, but this combo helped me to grow it out more quicker and it seemed like my hair has more moisture to keep healthy!
