Bought these to try help with my hair, skin and nails. I can honestly say, after just ordering my second lot I have seen a difference. My nails, much longer and stronger.. whereas before taking these they seemed slightly fragile and broke easily. My hair seems to have got abit more healthy (I'd say with hair, it would take slightly more time and patience too see major results) but so far I'm pleased. Will continue taking these now and hopefully will continue to see more good results.

I always buy my vitamins from MyVitamins, they contain good quality ingredients and easy to swallow tablets. I’ve been taking biotin to help with hair growth for about 6 months and it slowly seems to be helping, I won’t buy them from anywhere else!
