Each stick contains 8g of collagen peptides plus Vitamin C and Biotin, to support the health of your skin. 3 Simply add water at a time that’s convenient for you and enjoy your delicious vitamin-enriched, collagen drink.

Worth a try.
I haven’t noticed a difference in my skin have been using for around a week so may need to try for a bit longer, I have them with juice as they are quiet overpowering flavours. They are worth a try.

I received one as a sample, I have no doubt as to the effectiveness of the product but I couldn't get past the artificially sweet taste and the odd texture.
