In general context l advice use Omega 365 These tablets are effective. I used to purchase from different company and they good generally. But "My Vitamins" tablets are really large. I stop used for while and started feel joint pain. I use just while and I feel much better. Seems to be joint pain is going away.

Do the job!
First time I've tried omega-3 tablets. These are big but deffo easy to swallow being softgels. My only issue at first was I'd find Id get a repeating fishy taste after for a couple hours. But now I've started talking them half way through my breakfast and that really seems to have helped. Will purchase these again!

Just started using these as I'm perimenopausal and struggling a little. Read the reviews and thought I'd try these. They are a bit on the large side to swallow but soft so not too bad. Haven't really been using for long only a couple of weeks so I think still too early to tell. But no harm in trying. If they help then all the better and can order more.
