Biotin tablets
I was advised to purchase these tablets for hair loss and I am very impressed I no longer have lots of hair coming out due to the menopause I will definitely be continuing with this great product

Bought in the hope they help my weak nails, and to a degree they have. What I noticed most is that is has helped eyelashes grow as they had become thin thanks to the menopause!

Helped during cancer treatment
I started using the biotin after being recommended by one of the cancer care nurses. My chemo caused hair loss and usually affects nails. Although I lost all my hair it has grown back and my nails have stayed strong and not split like often happens. Definitely worth using this if your in my situation
