I have been taking them regularly for pre-diabetes. Not showing up on blood test now in February.

Chromium Picolinate
Not sure about this one, always feel a bit sick about an hour after taking it. I suggest take after a meal. I am going to persevere with the supplement in the hope it improves my metabolisim.
