I wasn't sure what to think as I'd tried another popular brand of hair gummies and didn't seem to have much of a difference but after taking these for a few weeks my hairdresser actually commented on the thickness of my hair!! Nice berry flavour, easy to chew. Will be repurchasing!

Great for skin
I bought these as I’m suffering from quite bad postpartum shedding and hair breakage. I bought the multivitamins as well and have been taking them religiously for a month. It’s done absolutely nothing to help my hair but my skin is now amazing and clear( even my husband noticed)so I have decided to buy another tub. I did see another comment that said you only see an improvement with hair after a few months so I’m willing to persevere as the effects on my skin are really visible.

Great product
I have been taking these twice a day for over a year and they really make a difference. I suffered from hair loss but i now have regrowth at the roots and my it looks so healthy. My nail technician has noticed how strong and healthy my nails are too. The gummies taste nice as well. Great product, thoroughly recommend it.
