Postpartum hair loss
I’ve been struggling with postpartum hair loss and I now have lots of patches in my hair line. My hair dressers recommended I took some hair and nails vitamins to help and I saw this being used by someone I follow on Instagram so thought I would give them a try. It’s only been a couple of weeks and my hair is growing back not sure if it’s these that are helping but I will continue to take as I have thin hair that breaks a lot so hoping will help with that also. Bonus that they taste delicious

Eyelashes and brows
I took these on my sister's recommendation as she had noticed her eyebrows and lashes were growing too while taking these. I have been using for two months now and I have lashes where before they were stumps and I my brows have started to grow back and I haven't plucked them since 2007! No joke.
